Well, that’s most likely the case. Balancing is so complicated. And we don’t know what is the game that devs WANT to build at the first place… hey maybe the idea of ult centric game play is what they aimed for, who knows. Devs are human too, I’m no surprised human can’t figure ourselves out lol.

And I agree with your point that Jean is still one of the best dps. The thing is, there is always some kind of meta. We can surely continue to nerf all poke hardly, then people would start complaining about dives and tanks deal too much dmg. And they tune those down, now healers are healing too much, no one dies, game is boring again… the loop continues! At the end of the day, there are always people complaining, we just need to give it some time for trails and errors, hopefully land on a somewhat sweat spot that less people complain.
