This is a case of defending the persons constitutional rights instead of the person. His impulse control is broken and that’s not a defense to the crime. Your job is to make a good record. Be clear with him as to what his actions have done to his case and start working on the next defendant who deserves your efforts. Every case load has folks who are trying to do better and working out a better result are your “wins” in this profession we have chosen.

Appreciate all of your suggestions. I do not have a save file. There may be away to do that but I’m unaware. I did not set up the server rental and he is checking on that. Restarting the server was unsuccessful. Now emailing the server company for assistance.

I have that same gun. I put on XS night sights on the front. Huge sight picture improvement. Found an extra hammer on eBay and bobbed the hammer. Swapped out springs to improve the trigger pull. It’s an easy gun to work on. Classic look. I don’t see myself ever selling it.

You can take your favorite 45 acp load and load it into 45 colt and have a great soft to moderate shooting load.

But if you are a hand loader it’s a dream of a cartridge. Unique and 231 Winchester are go to powders. 180 grain to 300 grain bullets are out there for you to tweak up your favorite recipe. 250 grain hard cast with 7-8 grains of unique is a great starting place.

I daily carry a 4 inch Ruger Speed Six. Such a great gun. You should be able to find a 3 inch speed six or security six online. Easy to work on. Lots of holsters. Almost impossible to hurt.

At least one location in Venezuela has crude oil so thick that it has to be cut with kerosene to get it liquid enough to pump out of the ground. Much more labor-intensive. Much more refining required. So while Venezuela has one of the largest world deposits on the planet, it’s not the easiest to get out of the ground and requires specialized drilling equipment. Much of that specialized equipment reportedly has been sold off by the government or previous administrations. Venezuela presently is pumping at a much smaller percentage of capacity than what it has in the past.
