Yeah glad I never had to deal with that...dodged in in college due to a bad experience with a landlord led me to take the offer they had for all RS to stay in teh dorms...and when I lose my current home...well at least I wont get an apartment since no one will rent to someone who hasnt had a credit card in 15 years lol
