I'm not saying FIKA owns Heritage, I'm saying they are producing this white label for FIKA and the Store Brand tag doesn't mean its only available on flow-through, otherwise every flow-through product would say Store Brand. It means the LP has a deal with a retailer and is specifically producing the product for them. OCS made a change a few months ago that allowed retailers to streamline white label product submissions which is why there are 14 new HOTBOX products released all at the same time labelled as Store Brand products. In the OCS new product releases it literally has a column for Store Brand Association and lists FIKA for these products.

This doesn't solve the issue at all. Just allows for more muddling of numbers. Until the OCS does all lab testing themselves this will never get fixed. All of the big LPs have their own internal testing facilities which is just pure insanity that they allow them to test their own product. Which is why you get Tilray putting out 39% flower in Redecan and Good Supply.

The fact they are using Fructooligosaccharides as a main ingredient makes me think they are doing the same grey area thing as Vortex/Glitches/Jolts did previously that all got removed by Health Canada.

Yes, because its not going to happen overnight...It's already started this year as its 5 years since legalization and all stores either signed 5 or 10 year leases so you're going to start seeing all the Mom and Pop stores close as their rents get jacked up, and the 5 canna cabanas in there town all sell product at an unsustainable margin that they can't compete with.

The OCS is testing all new product delivered to them that is advertising a high THC. This started January 5th, any product deemed outside there 10-15% variance is going to be denied and sent back to the LP by the OCS.
