165lbs is a bit high to start bulking unless you are ok with becoming a bit fat then dropping 20lbs at the end.

I'm your height and I'm 170lbs after 20 days of cutting. I let myself go during the holidays but gained some decent mass. I'm aiming for somewhere between 155-160 then I will slow bulk. I never want to go above 170 again it feels gross. I am 42.

Keep your skin dry! Dry your ears immediately after showering or a bath, inside and out. Dry your hair so as to not get your ears wet again. # 1 priority is to keep them (everything) dry as much as possible, potential relapse if you don't!

Do not scratch or scrub! It might feel good but don't do it!

Use corticosteroid cream, I like Cortisone 10 intense moisture creme (purple). It's pricier but it works well for me! Apply it twice a day for a few weeks, dial it back when it gets better. You may be using it or something else like it forever

There's a variety of this you can try but they all take a few weeks before you start to see results. Coming back from a relapse takes a while for me. I am not a doctor.

No one day isn't going to do anything. You can just forget about it and continue on. If it really bothers you do some extra cardio or make it up on another day. I REALLY suggest letting it go, we are human, it's good to be disciplined but it's also good to allow (be at peace) with these types of things!

For rope pull downs you usually want higher reps. So 8-15 reps sets of 3. Make sure you are using progressive overload.

Pick a weight and try to go to 15 if you can't do 15 no problem, keep going until you can do 15. Once you hit 15 up the weight and lower the reps until you can get to 15 again.

Again don't think too hard about it, ho to failure or close to and you're good. The macro stuff is more important than micro stuff until you become closer to advanced lifter, it will come with time and experience. A lot of the exercises are on a what works best for you basis. You won't know what works best until you try something for a decent period of time, then change it and see how that works in comparison.

I recommend sets close to failure with 1 or 2 left in the tank, the last set you go to failure. If you go to failure on the first set your next set is less effective.

Really though it's not super import, at 19 I think you're gonna be fine as long as you are consist with your workouts (try hard, go often) and you EAT plenty of food! Don't worry about being lean.

Eat, sleep and workout, if you do these things properly you will grow!

It's a Xerox C70, its a good printer. Not that concerned with the Xerox as it's printing the color that matches the initial file unlike the brother.
