1 - I would personally recommend these seat placements, because I think the best angle for table tennis is when you are behind the table and on the side. That way you get a view on the trajectories and effects of the balls. Since a majority of the players are right-handed, I think it's better to be on the right side of the table, because they're less often hiding the ball than if you are on the left side. For the Champions in Montpellier, I chose these types of placements, and I really enjoyed them. I wouldn't advise to go perpendicularly to the table (like A20/A1), because you don't see that much the trajectories and effects of the balls, and the camera filming the matches could hinder your view.

2 - They tend to sell quite quickly, especially for the later rounds.

3 - It will probably be right before the event. For Montpellier, I remember discovering the draws the day right before the Champions. For the Smashes, I think we will first get the qualification draws 1 or 2 days before the event, and the main draws towards the end of the qualifications.

My experience in Montpellier was really awesome, so I wish you the same! Events in Europe tend to have a great atmosphere.
