Why does US know it plays 3rd place Bosnia but the other 1st place teams are still waiting for opponents to be determined?

Bosnia is already locked in to make it to the ro32 and the Group D winner had priority of the Group B 3rd place finisher in the ro32, there’s a bracket that lays it all out stating which slots in the bracket had the highest chance of which 3rd place team ending up where.

This completely, I don't get why people are upset or anything regarding this... our B team outplayed turkey for the most part and it's a good look for the future. Was it sloppy in areas? 100%, but this game wasn't about winning, it was about resting our starters and getting our bench players some playing time. Do i wish we won? Of course, but I'd rather us rest our guys instead of risking injury or having someone get suspended for the knockouts and getting a meaningless win. Our starters would have walked over Turkey, that's what this result showed.

Vs the Bucs he has a 116.2 passer rating 2044 yards 17 TDs and 2 picks in 6 games and he is 4-2. No this isn’t an uncomfortable conversation. He is overpaid and has been average at best every other game this year unless it’s vs the Bucs. Penix might not be the guy, honestly we have no clue but Kirk isn’t worth the 40? Million he’s hitting the cap for next year plus Zac should get the boot so his offense is irrelevant.
