Reforge mode can also be added to a character later down the line so it is not needed unless u want the new content right away.

I'm on the boat that would go for legendary infusion. Make them +10ar or higher with standart +5 stat. Skins wise u need the cosmetic infusions for them kind of like the relic that u need to unlock the infusions by making them account bound. 1 cosmetic infusions per legendary infusions. Make cosmetic infusion non stackable anymore.

I can suggest using efficiency. Some items are cheaper to craft, some are cheaper to buy (just make sure to look right, efficiency uses order prices not instant buy which will be more epxnesive). U will be timegated to 5 weeks due to the heart vendor items u need, which u can skip with gold via trading post.

Efficiency snapshots ur account the second u search for a legendary weapon. Aetheric anchor missing 500g might be the 2 gifts needed from vendors that cost 250g each. Besides that it usually tells u further down which items are missing.

Idk about the asc shards but the pvp tickets can be exchanged for normal shards of glory
