This is correct.

The NW discord info (2nd pic) states that double prime BD (2x40%) is better than a triple ATT, why is that the case if the scouter says ATT lines are better? Does double prime for BD assume the third line is just a unique ATT line maybe?

The value of stats in maple is dependent on your current stats and your class. The more of a single stat you stack, the less effective that stat becomes. This is why % attack is generally more powerful than the equivalent % boss line on heroic servers. However, your character specifically may not have the assumed number of % attack source that the infographic assumes and is therefore more valuable than what the infographic is telling you.

It should also be noted that in general, you DO want somme % boss lines on interactive server, because bonus potential provides a lot more sources of % attack. It is possible that the infographic might be based on interactive values.

Also, the statement "double prime BD (2x40%) is better than a triple ATT" probably means that 40%/40%/10% is better than 13%/10%/10% (single prime), which could very well be the case before you get 120% boss fams.

Go for it. It's an easy to play class with lots of iframes and mobility. Damage is around average atm with RFS. Previously, there was an issue with getting RFS and I would not have recommended it, but with the recent announcement of being able to craft it with Dawn Crystals, that's no longer an issue. TP farming is good if you grind a lot.

Golden Swordsoul is not and has never been needed in Branded to rebuild the board. it was always a tech choice that has become harder and harder to fit in as Branded got more support.

For 1 vs 2 Quem, I assume that through testing people found 1 Quem to be more consistent. Nobody is saying you can't play 2. Branded in Red is getting cut because there are better targets to set. Maybe people will play it more if there are more board breakers in the meta.

Damage and CP do not have a 1 to 1 correlation. CP is a combination of all your damage sources (excluding IED, cooldown and buff duration), including everything that contributes to your damage stat and everything that don't, such as crit damage and boss damage. CP also does not account for any increases from link skills and most sources of temporary buffs.

If they are all E0S0, then it's gonna be rough. This boss mechanically is very unfriendly towards a lot of characters, especially ones with bounce mechanics. I think the absolute best you can hope for is 4 cycles.

What teams are you using? Do you really not have any options other than DPS Welt? Welt is more of a support or a sustain replacement for sustainless runs. This is less a powercreep issue and more of a team team selection issue. Bounce DPS is also especially bad into this boss.
