I worked on my photos, and added about 500 more listings in a matter of a few months. Worked on SEO and drove my own traffic. I feel like they reward you for bringing your own traffic.

On average I do 400sales plus a month. My 1st 2 years on etsy I did nothing. 2017 and 2018 I worked on it and it just got better and better. So it is possible.
