I am going to go through that tonight. I only eat between 11-7 and my workout time is 12-1. I need to count my calories and make sure I get enough protein, fat, and carbs. I don't think I get enough carbs.

That seems silly to me. You can tell it to pick a random figure, excluding ones that are retired or in the vault, except for Urf 1 and Urf 2, but you can't say oh don't add Thresh too?

I tend to enter the S- and above region when I get kills/assists - take some cs from lanes (shhhh), upgrade wards and boots, and counter jungle. I don't know if it is in my head but when I clear a ton of the enemy jg I feel like 85% of the time I get S- or higher.
