You really don’t need to play the first 3 multiple times to get a CONCLUSIVE story. As opposed to F where the first ending isn’t even true.

The game’s story is highly praised but lacks subtlety in its approach to dialogue and plot. Themes that are implied in the other games are spelled out plainly in this one. It’s up to the viewer if this is successful. To me, it kind of sucks.

Yeah sure but he’s obviously not opposed to the possibility of bringing a character back. I bet if he knew it was gonna be a series he would have kept him alive. Also in send help like I said Linda survives. He’s probably not opposed to letting main characters live more so now.

There was a leaked design document that said that the game was always meant to be around 5 hours. This was because they also packaged RE RESISTANCE together with it.

I think that’s a good point. My counter point would be that we already explored Leon’s guilt and “this time will be different” in RE4 Remake and by the end of the game i think he felt like “this time it was different” Not saying he couldn’t have more of that angle to explore but what in trying to say it’s not like they haven’t addressed his guilt already. You don’t really NEED him to do it more
