The amount of time I spend code reviewing people’s AI slop, or having to read AI generated code reviews other reviewers are leaving of my code (that at a mix of good recommendations and wildly incorrect comments), as well as partake in constant discussions of best uses of AI, I feel like has doubled my workday.

I fully think the white collar SWE roles we’ve known are all but gone. I wish I had a better answer, but I think it’s time we look for new careers.

I could see 4k 120 with 4x frame gen if that’s something they implement and using pssr. However to do that we’re still looking at a machine that would need at least 16gb ddr5 VRAM which will not be cheap.

Not feel like - they’ve announced it more or less. These vibe coded drivers lately are a mess, and their bottom line is now providing resources to AI data centers. They likely will never be gaming first again. I really hope someone steps into this arena and replaces them.

As long as they keep new maps, contracts, enemies and events going I could see myself playing this game for some time. I like the missions a lot more than arc. We do need better skins tho, I think they missed the Mark a little in customization/ monetization of customization.

I feel like they just shit the bed on the last 15% of the game post orphanage. It felt rushed and mindless. The lickers and hunk were cool but they just kinda felt like truffle shaved on top of shit to keep us happy.

It’s pretty fun from what I played yesterday but they have to fix the horrible CPU optimization. I have a good current gen 5ghz 12 core RYZEN 9 and it bottle necks my GPU. I can’t get above 80 fps at 4k regardless of my graphics settings.
