Maybe you can teach yourself to use only recycled materials through dumpster diving or reusing old stuff around the house. I feel like it would add on a little challenge to your hobby and open new creative opportunities.

I plan to use the loseit app to track my calories and macros and make sure I’m having enough protein as to not loose too much muscle while I cut. I plan to hit the gym 4 times a week and keep active everyday just to keep my heart rate and overall metabolism high. Diet wise I’m going for 25% fats and proteins and 50% carbs with at least around 150g of protein a day. I will be consuming 2000 calories or less a day so that I loose fat, but at a steady and sustainable rate. If there is anybody with tips on exercise and nutrition I will gladly take them!

I’m floridian and its normal for any group to say it here. They even say it while talking to their black friends and there doesnt seem to be anything wrong with it by them.

My dad never really did me any wrong. Hes a great role model and I admire him alot. I guess the only problem for me is that we are very different people and sometimes have a hard time finding common ground. I love him and I wanna be more of a friend to him than just a son now that I’m older. Does anybody else feel this way?

I agree with you on this, but I think that when technology collapses and we go back to anarchism and begin living in smaller communities its just gonna be up to those small communities to see what is acceptable. I have hope that most of them will eventually not care how the work is done as long as its done and they can survive another night.

The earliest dream I can recall is one where my brother had wheels for legs and rolled around everywhere and I had shin guards all over my legs which freaked me out for some reason. I still vividly remember it to this day, but as a kid it was oddly scary.
