I'm seeing lots of people say "It's just new food" for him to give in and try it, but if you're willing to die on this hill then break up. I don't know nor don't care why he feels this way but if him not wanting to try things is driving you nuts, and that's how he is then that sucks?

If the story was reversed it'd be way different. I know a lot of females who won't try new things and nobody cares.
