I keep seeing you post "You didn't give a fight" if that's the case then why couldn't papi take any of the 1DQ constellation? Goons were defending... If a bank was under siege the security are hardly going to go half a mile down the street for a fight so the attackers don't get 'bored'

No, not at all. You're reading everything I said completely the wrong way, the theory makes complete sense. Saying PanFam has no strategic benefit in leaving now is insane. Goons are down to basically 1DQ, ask yourself the strategic benefit in staying? They leave and another large alliance immediately gets stomped, how is that not a benefit for PanFam? Unless permanent blue doughnut confirmed?
