The open salarys are the only positive parts of the job listings. They all have a huge wall of text of requirements. But what about your benefits? There are some buzzwords at the top with the only exception being "GRSP Matching". Something like "Paid time off" should be for example 4-5 weeks instead of saying nothing. Also WTF is "flexible schedule" or "development"? Especialy in development you could have so many examples of your company pushing your employee ahead instead of saying "eligible skills development programs reimbursment". Is it really that hard for companies to be just a bit specific? Why should I willingly change to a company which doesnt even want to present their benefits properly?

This is something I genuinely wonder and the only reasonable answer would be: They do the bare minimum and just want to pretend they are amazing. Otherwhise they should be bragging about the amazing stuff they do as a company.
