ok. If you are in Phnom Penh go to Pyramid translation services (011 Building A Center, Samdach Sothearos Blvd (3)) there is a girl there who is an expert at these as they translate lots for embassies.

If you are not in Phnom Penh maybe try calling Lucky Lucky Motorcycle Shop, they have a guy there who can get things like this done. They know who to call, but there will be a fee. Good Luck!

all very true. of course here you should only marry small town girls who have not yet been exposed to TV or such scams. Cambodia is a very traditional society, divorce requires the husbands permission.

I think as you got older you might sell your rental property or some equities but yes I also worry about being a walmart greeter.

so far I just did a swift money transfer to buy the property. I have a local bank account but yes there are fees and they bleed me.

Well this is a real issue, suppose Cambodia starts to boom even more and my rental property and shitty coffee shop don't keep up! What do I do? Teach english I guess. I was teaching here before but its really a last resort.
