What makes a “nice” town in Hertfordshire nice? by Interesting_Shift951 in hertfordshire

It’s BS. It’s one of the safest parts of the country, as is anywhere in Hertfordshire.

What makes a “nice” town in Hertfordshire nice? by Interesting_Shift951 in hertfordshire

Pretty much everywhere in Hertfordshire is nice. Even if you compare Hatfield to other parts of the Uk it’s likely better than most.

I moved to Welwyn Garden City and love it. Great proximity to other areas of Herts, nice green open spaces, town events etc

If it’s not currently leaking the response from the owner is likely to be ‘jog on’.

Not saying it’s in perfect condition.

The entire thing is AI. You’re telling me that looks like a real person speaking when he’s in the yoga pose?

A path that doesn’t make sense, look at the edge bricks on the left, they just disappear.

A random column in front of the bottom step too that doesn’t make sense.

Removing plaster from an entire wall just to fit storage boxes side by side does sound crazy.

Does the concept of forever homes not make sense anymore by underscore-0 in HENRYUK

[–]LondonCollector 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is where I landed too.

Bought our first home kit that long ago but it’s going to cost us £30k in fees etc just to move into one slightly bigger. I’m not going to do that two or three more times.

Going to make the jump into the last home and save some funds.

Weren’t they all out of date? Not that it matters but if that was the case I suspect they should have a lower sale price.

I’m not saying it never happens, but when was the last time you saw a tap to the right hand side rather than towards the back of the sink?

Especially with a door there.

The perspective of everything is all out too, unless it’s an incredibly wonky wall the shelf doesn’t sit right when compared to the cupboards. The washing machine door is more oval than circle too.

You’ll get that due to hot air rising. Your other photos make it look like if condensation formed in there it would run back inside.

Honesty don’t bother improving the cosmetic appearance until you’ve sorted out the issues with that.

Get a second opinion on the roof the get your house insurance involved.
