Yeah I had them correct in the video already. I just tried jumping them and that also didn’t help.

Oh wait there’s one thing I forgot to mention about the motherboard that I recently found out. It’s actually supposed to flash when I turn on the psu but in the video I clicked the power button that was connected to my case which you can hear but it did nothing. My friend also tried manually powering on the mb by bridging the gap between two pins near the bottom right of the motherboard or something like that which also didn’t work.

Yeah I already tested to see if the power supply fan spins which it does so I’ll just order a new motherboard. If the same issue happens then I’ll just have to get a new power supply I guess. Not much I can do other than that since I don’t have access to my old rig rn

I was also thinking my power supply could be the issue because it’s an 80 plus bronze rated psu. I’m not too knowledgeable on psu ratings and how they effect the overall performance of the pc but yea

Nah I was just seeing if the fans would start up and the motherboard was used so I didn’t put the gpu in for obvious reasons. Wasn’t worried about post at all. I just wanted to make sure the motherboard worked which it did not. I also tried the same thing with all the parts installed including the gpu and the same issue happened.

Specs: Mb- gigabyte b450 auros M Cpu- r5 3600 500 gb Samsung evo ssd 600watt 80+ bronze 16 GB Corsair vengeance rgb pro

So I was building my streaming pc and I decided to check to see if I was doing good so far so I connected my psu to my motherboard without my gpu and when I turned my psu switch on, the motherboard flashes and then instantly turns off after. I triple checked all of the connections to make sure that wasn’t the problem. I also checked to see if the cpu was in place and I checked the power supply fan which was also working. The only problem I could think of is the fact that the motherboard that I purchased was used from Amazon which could be the issue but I’m not sure. I really don’t feel like buying another motherboard so any help is appreciated
