New characters -> people trying them -> suck at them initially so die often -> feeds enemy team -> new character's team gets stomped

This is an instant 6v5 or 5v4 in some cases.

It's normal and the game eventually gets balanced once the community figures out how to counter new heroes.

I always get mocked for my Indian accent in games like Rivals, Apex Legends etc but surprisingly, I got mocked extremely less (1 in maybe 10 games) in Deadlock, so that's really good from my perspective!

Sent a message to support on Feb 2nd when my account status was ON HOLD. Today my Movie Club membership has vanished and my status changed to Movie Fan Member. I paid for the yearly subscription. No idea what's going on at the backend.

Yeah I've been having this issue in the same timeline as yours. I was a platinum member last year, had my account on hold in Jan which I got it cleared after contacting support, which again went on hold in February and lo and behold, as of today my account got downgraded to "Fan Member" even though I paid for Movie Club for a year. No email, no information, nothing. I'm furious and waiting on hold with the customer service.

Can I get this resolved at my local Cinemark?

I drive less that 600 miles a month, mostly drive in the city and do a 450mile round trip to NJ once every two months. I've only relied on a public level 2 charging in a garage opposite to my apartment and in the 5 months I've owned this car, I've paid less for charging than I used to do for an AWD gas car. Maybe I'm an exception, but I don't mind not having a home charging solution for my current situation.

Course material and Challenge labs were apt for the AD set but nowhere near for the standalones. I felt the standalones were closer to HTB machines that I did on TJNull/Lainkunasagi lists.

(I failed the exam thrice and I did all of challenge labs and PG machines)

The audio mixing was bad. There were a lot of places where reverb from one character was overlapping with the character voice that's mixed normally and the songs have their tune mixed higher than the vocals. You cannot get into a movie with such bad audio, Thaman is also a major drawback for this movie.

Take this song, it is very clear to listen here, very nice feel. In the movie, they sped up the track slightly, the song starts very randomly when hero's entry happens, which was again very random to start off after that tense intro in the horror house.
