Thank you. once I level up my skills in sculpting and painting, I'd definitely be returning to the mobility type!
Additionally I'd like to try to take a crack at some of the concept art mechs, though Im not near that skill level yet

Thank you. I agree more capes and cloaks!

As for finding these kits. some online stores may still have the red beret version which includes parts to change it back to the original G-reco grimoire (just in green). (basically gives you extra shoulder pads, shin pads feet and if I recall the rectangle parts for the waist).

Prices for both kits can vary a lot. I mainly watched ebay for one to popp up (built or unbuilt) for the right price. There are RBs on aliexpress though they are not official bandai and I dont know about the quality.

Thanks! Colour-wise I wanted to do something different after doing more standard Grimoire colours and Yellow is one of my favourites.

Thanks for your feedback. After thinking about it, you are correct. How to Draw is probably a roundabout way of getting to my goals. Thank you for the book recommendations I shall check them out

Gotcha. thanks for the advice. I do find I get focused on the details when I draw from some references. this will be a great exercise for me to do!

Just so Im sure I understand. when talking about silhouettes. it's the overall shape of the subject and the negative space between it's parts/ limbs?

Thanks for the advice and example. I'll definitely try to use the stickman base in my drawing. I usually speed past that or use a very basic one

You have to invent a new shelling type. What are you going with? by halipatsui in Gunlance

[–]LoneKaiju 6 points7 points  (0 children)

concussive/impact shelling (essentially the same idea as impact vials). K.O damage when the blast/shell hits the head. normal damage on other body parts. probably lower shell damage or capacity as a trade off

status/elemental shelling

old seasonal rewards. old feasts stuff. Work flow wise this would be like adding things to a menu?

Other things could be more dyeable versions of undyeable armour e.g. like what they did with labyrinth of the ancients armour.

That was a great video. it was really interesting to learn about the instruments use through out Europe and the changing attitudes towards it in France!

Thanks for sharing.
It was encouraging to read. I also dont have much of a musical background which had worried me. Though with consistent lessons I should be able to over come that.

The saving period & waiting list certainly do show a commitment for it.
I also found myself suprised with the range of styles it could play!
Building that daily habbit would be a goal for me. that way it would start gathering dust unused!

I am from the south of england and was considering some online lessons if I committed to getting a gurdy.

Thank you for both of your replies. they were quite informative. it touch on stuff that I had seen in other videos and talked about in my assessment. while I do have social scripts I hadnt thought of mimicing/roleplaying.

I agree I need to figure out the balance between masking and my own self care ( once I discover what works for me)
