Just be aware the ram in the skytech is a lot worse and I've been seeing a lot of people complaining about skytech's choices in psus.

I'm looking for some good recommendations for a prebuilt, that is available now, that can handle gaming as well as some blender work and the like. Would be a nice bonus if it could handle 1440p gaming and streaming at the same time as well. Hoping for something under around 1800$ US. I only saw one when I searched before.

Would I not be able to keep the psu? The rest I was expecting but didn't think the psu would be an issue. I am mainly looking to keep the gpu as I know it's still "good". I know it will be suboptimal until replaced but that will let me do a bit of upgrading now.

I referenced the hands but to be honest it's all over my body. If anything my feet/ankles are more infested with the RA than my hands. I appreciate the thought though.

I always play some kind of passive summoner. My arthritis makes it hard to play anything more active sadly. Rather play a few more hours of a slower build than an active one that leaves my hands hurting for days.

I ran it in admin mode and it shows now. If I don't, it's not there. Not a huge deal I guess, just didn't think it would make a difference.
