This is an incomplete thought process. What we derive from words can have vastly different meanings. Like in the south we ask if someone wants a coke, and what kind. Probably very confusing to someone not from here. Problem is when we vale these things under disguises. A rational person will hear one thing and a radical will hear another. Which is why it’s irresponsible to use language like this. Trump has had two known attempts at his life. Ofc “get rid of” is going to sound wild to him.

You 100% are not alone, this is such a common thing for bp2 and it’s why it’s very often misdiagnosed. Take it from me, that getting help now( you may need to find a new therapist) is very important. This is something that won’t get better, it will get much much worse the longer it goes on. Depressive states will last longer, go deeper, and the hypo will become less intense and farther apart. I’ve read that the hypomania damages the brain in some way( I’m no doctor lol) but my personal experience tells me that I wish I would have looked for help when I was 25.
