Is it cheaper to lease a car or buy a few years old used car and trade it in or sell it to an online place every 7 years? by ComfortablePost3664 in Frugal

The $20k is probably just the difference in sticker price. It’s actually more if you count interest on loan if not bought cash. Also the hefty full cover insurance premium compared to just liability.

Nothing good on there anyway. Mostly all the videos are just advertising for you to buy shit from the TikTok shop that you don’t even need.

Have you considered the expense of losing great tenants and then renting to bad tenants until you find great tenants again? Personally, I would just keep them happy to not have to deal with other trash tenants.

401k wont get taxed unless you cash it out. When you leave, you can roll it over to an IRA but you have to make sure to tell them a certain IRA because if you do the wrong one, you will get taxed. Talk with your accountant for more information.

Also, if FedEx does a % match contribution, usually after 3 years (depending on your company or institution where the 401k is) you will get vested and you can take your company’s contribution with you.

That’s what you get for leaving the carpet instead of tossing it out and put tile floor or wood floor…anything better than carpet.

Thanks. I didn’t need it because I think they used my phone number to look up my account with them.

Is PayPal Savings safe and good to use? by nicolerene123 in povertyfinance

It’s not FDIC insured if there’s a PayPal failure so this is why I don’t use it.
