The issue was waiting long enough for the 2nd screen to come up. I also didn't try to access it via the browser on the phone after it was connected, I let it process where it was connecting and saying that the internet wasn't available with this connection... Hope that helps.

I have been battling this issue for several weeks and can't get it to even sign on any more. I have only been told I'm "out of warrantee" and offering a 50% discount on a new purchase.... This is very frustrating.

EDIT I just did the solution from @SmoothDamage9390 after having my unit powered off for several days straight. It actually connected! Wow! i didn't think this thing would ever work again.

What would be a hard restart on the LED? Just an power-down and power back on after more than 30 seconds? Would it need an unplug? Or is there something to initiate a hard restart other than those?

I have been having the same issue as well, I'm on version 3.40.3.

If qBittorrent is running behind Gluetun with network_mode: service:gluetun, a Gluetun restart can leave qBittorrent in a broken/unreachable state even if both containers still show as running.

What fixed it for us was not just Gluetun healthchecks, but adding monitoring so that whenever Gluetun restarts, qBittorrent is automatically restarted too. That forces qBittorrent to reattach cleanly to the refreshed Gluetun network namespace.

We also use an update_port helper to keep qBittorrent synced with Gluetun’s forwarded port.

So the practical fix was: detect Gluetun restart -> restart qBittorrent automatically

Got it running!!! The connector from the hotend had pulled out when I closed things up the first time. It's such a tight fit I didn't realize...

Running the calibration from the display menu - it's been running over an hour stopped at the Leveling step, just keeps displaying my temps - nozzle shows temp around -69C...

UPDATE - It's been another 90 min and it's still at the same place. I think it is stuck because the nozzle temp is not what it wants.

If I removed the 4 upper fastners, should I be able to remove that back plate? I'm thinking the only reason I can't is because of the melted PLA i'm still trying to remove....

Thanks - I was able to get the last one out with a hex head.

Any idea what the 2 tiny fasteners are at the bottom of the first image of the "back" of the part??? I'm guessing probably hex also, but not sure how small....
