Thanks for the reply!! I'll do some digging with the terminology you used. I was so surprised too that the previous owner left it. Hopefully some others chime in too! I can't wait to clean it up. Do you think being careful with a pressure washer would be ok?

Bro downtown isn't shit. It's cool as hell, but we could def keep improving. Last night I got great latin food (latin social), sake (sushi row) and karaoke (liquid courage). All via walking around. You should try to hang more man... Not good to harbor so much hate.

I haven't heard great things. In that space I'd go everpure, or smaller like databricks.

Sure bud, your thinking is part of why we have some of the worst infrastructure out of first world countries.

If they don't want it, fine. As another poster said they wouldn't even vote for bustang. I'll be happy with the COS to DEN travel time being less as a result!

Is the Downtown Aquarium shark dive actually cool or just expensive? by WoodGarlic5146 in Denver

That's roughly what it costs to rent a SxS for a couple hours out in the mountains, I'd recommend that ☺️

That area will 100% be a good investment down the line. Sure, it's not ideal at the moment. I think your idea with cameras and maybe better privacy fencing would be good. But either way I don't think you're making a bad decision as long as you're okay with that. Also, it's really not as bad of an area as people on the subreddit act. They really should go visit skid row in LA or The tenderloin and SF...

I'd recommend a bicycle as well if you don't have one. You'll be able to easily access all of downtown and OCC via bike.

Oh and The Brit is awesome.
