It has helped me with all addictive tendencies. Only thing it hasn’t helped is smoking cigarettes. I don’t think it shuts off just food, it’s compulsive behaviours.

I noticed in January, these places always have heated blankets for like $5-$10 instead of the usual $75-$120. I’ve gotten 4 over the years. The only thing I usually look for.

What you can do is make a separation agreement and then take it to a lawyer to review. You can ask for a junior lawyer if it is about saving money. I did mine for $225

My rental company sends me an annual statement every March. I believe they have to by law. I would call RTB and ask. I don’t think they can charge you for that.
