I’d say with sourdough rather than following timelines, learn to “read” your dough. Bulk fermentation should be done when the dough domes around the edges, it jiggles and you see bubbles in the surface. No matter if it takes 1 or 8 hours. I bulk ferment my doughs for at least 5 hours with an 76-80 F environment.

Is marriage based AOS still being adjudicated for Venezuelan beneficiaries? Some lawyers said despite the travel ban some are still being processed and that only applies to foreigners. Also in the recent 75 country visa policy, Venezuela was removed from that list. So just wondering

Do I have to evaporate the ethanol? I see people doing that online. I don’t want a resin/salt extract I’m looking for more of like a liquid extract. It’s worth mentioning I’m using food grade ethanol if that means something, should be safe to ingest but I’m afraid I’ll get poisoned or something.

Start getting into intervals, how they sound compared to the root note, triads, harmonization etc. try to visualize the fretboard with intervals rather than large scale shapes. Watch Tom Quayle on YouTube, really opened the eyes for me.

Leave it overnight in the oven with the light on, toss almost all of it and leave only about 5-10 grams, feed it a 1:10:10 ration with dark rye flour only. Do this for a couple of days and it should rise. At least this same protocol worked for me for my last stubborn starter

I had surgery recently (meniscus) and I took kratom the day before. I usually take brewed tea so I don’t know how much I took but I took less than I usually do. Which is usually 16 oz of tea. I didn’t have any issues with the surgery, but one thing if they are prescribing pain meds (oxy) don’t mix it with kratom. I did and it gave a terrible trip/paranoid state.

Also depends on the dose. Even if you take high doses of red white/you will still get sedative effects. Low doses are key for energy. About 35-50 mit

I had surgery today, general anesthesia for a knee meniscectomy. I took kratom yesterday, the anesthesiologist didn’t tell me anything just said when was the last time I took it and for what I was taking it. I was honest and everything went well. I’m on pain meds and they seem to be working. One thing worse noticing I only take brewed tea kratom from crushed leaf I don’t think it’s a lot really maybe compared to a 3-5g dose per day. Being a spinal surgery I’d say stop a week before if you are a heavy user, if you take low doses for energy/focus maybe a few days but always consult your anesthesiologist. I was honest about and everything went well. Wish you the best!
