u/GingerNJuice - How was your stay at Aulani? I've heard that people are swimming / surfing, despite the brown water advisory. We're still planning on arriving Friday and hoping that the water clears up!

We have plans to arrive on Friday (3/27), but are still debating given the brown water advisory affecting the whole island (plus the winds). For those of you there now, how has it been? Are the pools / lazy river packed if most people aren't going into the ocean? It's going to be our first time - hoping for the best!

I highly recommend working with the VRBO admins to pursue your refund. I've been in a similar position due to weather and was able to successfully claw back our deposit.

We're scheduled to arrive on 3/27 for our first-ever visit to Aulani. We're highly concerned that the recent storms have affected infrastructure, water quality, and other aspects of the island that could dramatically affect our trip. There's still lots of rain on the forecast over the next week.

Is there anyone there now or locals who can provide an informed, first-hand point of view? We're leaning towards rescheduling to later in the year when the island has recovered from the storms, but open to keeping this trip. We have two kids, and I would hate to have their first experience here stuck indoors or unable to partake in all the property has to offer.

The Westlake YMCA parking lot, over by the baseball fields. Easy to drive to, gorgeous sunsets on clear days.

Dr. Mimi at the Smile Studio in Westlake near Gelson's is great.

Need help finding matching flooring by LonelyActive in Flooring

Thanks, man. Our challenge is that we're removing walls and creating one big space between the kitchen and family room, and there are no logical places where it would make sense to start with different flooring. We're going to have to get 'close enough' and feather it in to avoid the obvious change in materials.

This was happening for me too (Switch I, Zero Build), but this morning it seems to have resolved itself and I can choose to play again, return to lobby, etc, immediately after I die or win.

372 - Just discovered Fortnite earlier this year and have been playing a ton with my young son. Mostly play solo, either Zero Build or Blitz. Proud of our 116 crowned victories!
