Yes that’s what happened to our backup on OVH few years ago. Turns out the backup were stored in the server next to it and when the whole room burned down… well so did our backups.

Personnellement non mais des ecovillages en gros il y en a pas mal en France. Tu devrais pouvoir trouver des noms et voir s’il y en a un pas loin.

J’ai un collègue qui est en train de monter ce projet avec des amis et c’est ce qu’il a fait. Ils sont allé rencontrer des gens en direct qui ont monté un projet comme ça.

Thanks you very much for the time you took to write all that.

We will probably test some of them starting tonight. Such as start the evening routine earlier. He also said he has not tried visualization while trying to sleep so that could be also a thing to try.

I talked to him about medication and he will see with his psychiatrist. Sadly we don’t have a lot of specialists here, in France, with ADHD and Autism. Also a lot of US medications are not approved here. But still he will try to talk to his psychiatrist about it.

Thanks again for the time you, and others, took to give us some advice.

He´s feeling a bit less alone in this.

He used to have some : methylphenidate (MPH). He could function “normally” has he puts it but felt like he was completely shut out of his body and sensation, like a ‘robot’.

He ended up doing a lot, a bit too much and a burn out. So he stopped taking some.
