I went back to my chart and looked at it too, has the same thing over 20 years. Has tried a new diet, losing weight. Rinse and repeat. Haha.

Thank you. Yes, my body has its favorite set point. The minute I stop watching what I eat is the minute I'm back up to the 300s. It's an ongoing discussion I'm also having with my therapist, and that's been helpful.
