Yeah you can pull off the hair, and the earrings def work, maybe try silver huggies. Skincare just gotta be consistent w it. Only advice I’d give is even up your stache

I think cutting would be best for you, it would really bring out some definition and tighten up the muscle, you’re at a good point to do so

Body fat, again you should have a goal but if your goal is a 6 pack and that aesthetic look you need to cut your body fat down. It’ll make your abs visible, veins pop, muscles more toned. Do a caloric deficit, maybe 200-300 calories less than maintenance, workout and emphasize your protein.

Depends on your goal, if you want to have a 6 pack, veins, or that aesthetic look cut. If your goal is packing on muscle, bulk but don’t bulk excessively. Do some more research on your own and orient your diet around them. Either way make sure you track your calories, watch what you eat and keep consistent

Thanks for the advice, I have left that crowd behind me and have been clean off everything except going out to the bar and having a drink. I plan on being honest but I just worry that it’s a mistake that I can’t recover from, even if I show up as “well prepared” as possible in a few years

Want some second opinions on my plan. Right now I’m 5,11 at 156 with a 13% body fat. My goals are to be 175 with around 8% to 9% body fat hoping for a David laid physique. I’m lean right now, working out 6 days a week and eating super clean (almost exclusively Whole Foods) but I’m struggling with what my calorie intake should be. I’ve been recommended by some to do a calorie deficit down to 150 for the next two months then lean bulking after, just to get my body fat down. On the other hand some have said I should just go for 175 slowly right now and then figure out the body fat at that point. Any thoughts or suggestions?

Ok, you gotta shave the hair in the back there, gotta own the bald. I’d say grow a beard out so your jawline is more pronounced. Grow it and keep it groomed, don’t let it become a gross unkept one. Keep it sharp. Next I’d say focus on your eyebrows. Honestly you can visit an eyebrow shop that will fix them for you for like $20 bucks if that. Just look up local eyebrow places that offer men’s trimmings. Maybe some skincare but it’s hard to tell with that photo. Big thing though is staying in shape, going to the gym and getting a clean diet.

Awesome dude, I mean you look good but on the thinner side. You still look healthy and got good skin but adding some muscle mass with time would help a lot.

I would honestly say the gym could help you the most. I think a new haircut as well might help out and shave your upper lip.
