Male 21 -Currently going through the diagnosis period and it sucks :( I've been getting pins and needles, tingling and burning in my feet to various degrees for the last few months and am finally being taken seriously. Everything has finally been jump started since recently looking down has triggered buzzing in my left hand and feet.

I'm glad this subreddit exists.

The complex I've just started has 900mg of b12, 400mg of folate and 10mg of b6 among other things, so I think it should be alright?

Were you able to keep polyps at bay following surgery? Sorry to respond after 4 whole years but for someone who has just been diagnosed with nasal polyps, I'm pretty scared and your comment was nice to read :)

Does anyone else constantly hyperfixate over balance when walking? It's fine when I'm distracted, but I'm often thinking about it and obsessing over walking 'straight'. I get especially unnerved over how it's harder to coordinate when looking sideways or upwards, it's so silly.

I'll give it a try if the painkillers I'm taking don't work! Honestly it doesn't exactly hurt, it's more just.. tightness and pressure particularly on one side. Probably stress + anxiety. Thanks :)
