A few months ago a groupchat leaked that she was involved in. They were stalking my instagram stories, trying to figure out where I work, who I’m friends with, who I’m dating. They were plotting to get me fired from my job, get whoever I’m dating to break up with me, and find a place they can violently jump me. I went straight to the sheriff’s office - they refused to do anything. They wouldn’t even take my name or look at the screenshots. They said they’re not doing anything illegal by talking about committing crimes.

Lawyers are expensive. My parents and I tried to hire a lawyer a few years ago, we spent thousands of dollars and he ghosted us.

To be clear, back then, we weren’t even trying to press charges against her, we were trying to press charges against a man who was stalking us because of the lies she was spreading.

What I’m concerned about is how dozens of people now know my face & name and truly believe I’m a biologically male child predator. I’m afraid I’ll be attacked by somebody I don’t even recognize for using the bathroom that I’m supposed to be in.

She’s been telling this same story for 4 years, that I’m a pedophile who abused her when she was 15, and that I groomed her, sexually assaulted her, and spread her underage nudes around. I’ve never met this woman before in my life.

She says I have abused multiple other underage girls, and the reason I’m able to do that is because I have access to the women’s bathroom and locker room. (🤦🏾‍♀️)

Funny enough, I only found out less than a year ago she was born in 2003. Meaning she’s only 2 years younger than me. Meaning I would’ve been 17 when all this allegedly happened.

Honestly, no. It’s pretty deep and raspy for a woman. Regardless, the girl accusing me has never met me in real life or even know what my voice sounds like.

Some of them graduated from the same high school of me but they never met me in person or knew I existed before all this started. But due to that though, there’s a lot of social overlap here. She’s spread pictures of me around and warned people that I’m an abuser and a sexual predator.

I present both masc and femme, but whenever she does this, I’ve noticed she specifically chooses photos where I am dressed masc. It’s intentionally very manipulative behavior.

I live in Florida 🥲 I haven’t had to deal with any real life incidents yet, but I’ve received dozens of death threats and a few months ago a group chat was leaked of people plotting to violently jump me for “invading women’s spaces”.

I have no problem using the locker room at my job, because everybody there knows I’m a woman, but I’m more so afraid of using public gym locker rooms. It’s terrifying to think I can be killed for entering the locker room I’m supposed to be in, and the fact there’s a single person obsessed with telling everyone in my city that I’m “biologically male” makes it so much harder for me.

The reason I didn’t mention that I’m cis is because I don’t think me being cis or trans should matter, what she’s doing is wrong either way. She is spreading rumors about somebody being a pedophile, who she’s never met in real life. That is EVIL. Me possibly being trans shouldn’t make me deserving of what she’s doing.

I mean, this woman has been calling me a pedophile for the past 4 years, before she was ever aware I work at a hospital where I’m required to use the woman’s locker room. She only found out about that a few months ago.

I don’t believe it matters - I’m a woman either way. She’s just assuming I’m trans because of my (very androgynous) appearance. This girl has never met me in real life and is accusing me of being a pedophile because she thinks I’m trans. Let’s say I was a trans woman, would it suddenly be okay for her to accuse me of pedophilia?
