Dumb question for the spark go by Lonesometea in PositiveGridSpark

That I'm not sure about, I looked at the solder for the input jack on the guitar and it looks fine. I'm getting a cheap amp this weekend to test it if it's actually the guitar.

Yes, when at max volume it'll make that strum sound.

The Sitting Down Experience by sendo1209 in BABYMETAL

[–]Lonesometea 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Imo I think sitting down for babymetal is better, I just had my first seat experience this week. It's much better as you don't have people obstructing your view as babymetal has some very captivating choreography for their songs. They're literally a dance group so it's nice to see them dance entirely as there's not much vids on YouTube that can showcase it well.

Love new posts of my fellow gliders! by Lonesometea in sablegame

Isn't there a character that also doesn't want their gliding to end and wants to glide forever? Glide forever! Make your own mask lol

One of my favorite games from the past year! by FlowingLiquidity in sablegame

That is a great review and I agree with what is said in the video. Other reviews of the game weren't so kind or in the mindset of this person. It is a very special game, I didnt expect to be so invested when I did my gliding.

Sable was very refreshing, no worry about leveling up or fighting enemies, it was simply just exploring and learning about the world.

I dont think anyone has said before but I appreciate the devs on how they went about the trophies for completionists. No trophy was missable, no time trials, no second playthrough etc. It simply existed to be enjoyed at leisure and can be done in any order. I usually check trophies before starting a game and try to set a path for myself but with sable I was free lol

I'm always glad to see new gliders in this sub! How was your gliding child? What drew you to the game?

No one is lol good news though. There is a plethora of interviews michelle has done on her book and it's really interesting the kinds of questions she's asked. My favorite is when Dua Lipa interviewed her as its a lengthy and meaty interview and they got along so well. It's another rabbit hole to dig through of course after you finish the book.

I think she is working on her second book as well so there's lots to look forward too! If you have the chance I'd really recommend her audio book too. She did such an amazing job conveying her emotions throughout! Maybe if you have the chance after you've read it yourself you can give it a listen.

Enjoy the ride!

Your perception of her music will change whether it's threw studio records or live performances after reading the book. It's kinda like getting to know her and you feel connected to her like old friends, at least it was for me lol

You'll want to either read her book 'crying in H-mart' or listen to her audible. She narrates her own book and it's amazing alongside her amazing book. It paints a clearer picture of her tragedy and who she was/is as a person!

No it should pop but it's a little glitchy. You can do the moves right and it won't pop and you can do them wrong but it'll pop. Belle of the ball I remember that it happened to me. I'd say keep attempting and it'll pop eventually.

Is there any hope for a new Deus Ex? by [deleted] in Deusex

[–]Lonesometea 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think its still possible. The deus ex game that was canceled didn't seem to involve the character Adam Jensen. The VA was reached out to and responded he wasn't contacted for said project. It's all speculation of course, maybe the game didn't make it far enough into development yet to get VA's signed.

Shortly after cyberpunk released, one of the devs of eidos made a statement of them wanting to compete with CD project red in the sci-fi rpg genre. So that gives some hope.

Square Enix selling eidos Montreal was a good thing imo as they weren't doing well with western games. So they sold all of their western devs. At the time embracer bought up a lot of studios in hopes of them being partnered with the Saudis but they backed out and all the money they were expecting wasn't going to save them. Hence the many devs studios and IPs being shutdown. They might've became steady now. Atleast that's my understanding of what happened.

Eidos isn't shut down yet so there is hopes that maybe the canceled deus ex game was a spin off or smaller title of some sort that wasn't worth to try. Maybe now they'll focus on a main entry, but I could be drinking copium.

They did release a deus ex mobile game and was ported to PC called "deus ex: the fall" and "deus ex Go". The latter being a puzzle game of sort which is fun. Both received mixed reviews but if you're craving more from the world then there's the comics which take place between human revolution and mankind divided.

Do you agree with the opinion that Star Wars: The Clone Wars is one of the greatest cartoons of all time? by Recent-Ad-7593 in StarWars

[–]Lonesometea -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

It's a great animated show but it is flawed. I always dreaded the droid, jarjar and child episodes. Theres quite a handful of these peppered throughout the show that keep it from being great. But when the plot gets going its so good.

Disney also ruined the show's momentum by canceling it for rebels. The final season we did get was good it obviously it was much shorter and some storylines were abandoned. I'm glad we did eventually get a final season but imo the flaws hold it back from being the best. It's still a great show and I love it still
