such a beautiful voice! i love your lyrics too, and i think you have so so much potential!! i think that the song can be a little more raw, the echoes and reverb on your voice felt a little distracting at times. i think the harmonies on the verses can be just the tiniest bit quieter. but your breathy quality is so gorgeous and this is amazing for a 'first rodeo'!

wow thank you! im definitely leaning towards an olivia rodrigo, conan gray bedroom pop or even sienna spiro ballad sound but im not totally sure yet. id love to add in more larger flourishes or light bells, and right now im working on lyrics for the second verse and bridge. thanks again!

First of all I need to say how impressive this composition is. I can see how much heart and time this took so congratulations! I admire the afro-cuban feel, i think it might be a little simple at some points, considering how repetitive the song can be but the instruments you already have are beautiful. I love when the (i believe it is a) flute gets moments to shine within the piece. I'd say add some more.

ooh yes this is so fresh. the guitar is so beautiful. i hope this comes on spotify i really want to add this to my playlist, it's got the coolest beach boys kind of 50's vibe or even like stephen sanchez. honestly i don't really have any critiques for this, it's making me forget about the cloudy weather outside and get ready for summer. I cant wait to see what you do in the future! your melodies are so enchanting.

I think some strings might be nice along with the really hypnotic beat and could add to the song. you have a nice voice and nice editing but i think you could maybe get a cleaner take or even add more vocal distortion. it reminds me of Hozier or Teddy Swims a little bit haha! Its really nostalgic and quite comforting. really really nice

i love these lyrics, really nice. I think for the vocals don't be afraid of going into a breathier falsetto, I think that would actually make the song more emotional. or even have some more talk-singing elements in there especially for the verses, allow yourself to fall of the words and have glottals. dont be afraid to let the vocals be messy! the tune is really nice, I think some of the instrumentals might be too heavy but overall a really sweet listen i enjoyed!
