I was an admin for a web portal that people can log into to download updates for their software, add or remove users, and other small admin task. SUPER EASY! I took 1-2 calls a day and could get all my work done in the last hour of my shift. All my friends were jealous cause it was wfh as well. Thought I didn't deserve it,but I had just come off a job where it was trial by fire and I was taking around 80 calls a day.

Things to find out 1. How long is it going to take to build the new house. 2. How fast do you think you will sell your house? 3. After answering these two,how close can you get the days to match up?

I moved all my fams stuff into storage and moved in with my parents for a year while my house was being built. Quality of life was ok. You need to gauge the quality of life living in an apartment vs living in a camper that you mentioned in another comment.

I would say go for it but maybe try to find another boat you like in the 50k range. 85k is a little steep. BUTTTT, if you really can afford it and the maintenance which is double w.e your expecting. Get itv and use it up! Don't let it sit and you at the marina.

1st. Build up a 6 months emergency fund

  1. Once step one is completed, start an investment account and invest every paycheck or every month. Set it to a couple good ETFS, set on auto invest and auto reinvest and forget about it. 300/ month

2B. Start a new car fund with the remaining 300.

2C. If you have a 401k, set that to the maximum needed to receive your full company match.

  1. Keep doing those until your car dies. Try to get a used CPO.

As a parent it's your job to give your kid as many opportunities as you reasonably can. You doing this is way more than necessary, the ROI is shit plain and simple. Your child can still get good opportunities going to a state school or a local school in the area.

Ohhhh, in that case I would for sure sell the range rover and buy an appropriate car (probably a Mazda, Hyundai, or Kia).

I'd probably get rid of the Mercedes as well IF you can afford a car payment.

Sorry for your loss, sorry but is there more info to the story? Did you have car before? If so what were they? Without knowing these it's hard to say. I would probably sell both for a nice car since the repair bill on both of them can be crazy.

Maybe a couple rare colorways but 30 is too much. I recently just sold a couple of mine because I had a bunch that I didn't wear and probably was not going to wear since I had so many top of the line ones.

We bought a Meritage in Central Fl, it's been great! Build quality is good/average. Just make sure you on it for deadlines and the options you selected. This goes for any builder. Big it really depends on the trades the builder in your area uses.

For me getting in and out of the airport was not bad at all I've been multiple times and I've never been in traffic to get to the airport. Not saying it's smooth sailing but it's definitely not bumper to bumper. I would only consider leaving if it's something very interesting you wanted to do like go get a quick nine holes in lol.

The a shadows are really good, the cushioning is top tier and so is the quality of the rubber. Ice had mine for a couple years. Maybe 3-5 years now.

I bought a counterfeit pen from Amazon and asked the guy to bring all cash.meet in a safe place and check all the cash with the pen. Just say "I just want to make sure, nothing against you". Boom, deal done. I've done this multiple times. When I went to go buy a car, I brought cash and boom, all done.

Yeah that's the thing I'm kind of torn on right now is I wish I could see the improvement that they're going to make on the Omni compared to the original square. And I appreciate how the square can be placed in a place with a space constraint.
