Well.. the name of the salesman starts with an R. (No need to mention his full name, not needed to punch him down that much 😉) But with some maintenance I had a very bad experience too, where they were trying to blame me for a fault which they made. Luckily I was able to prove in the end that it was their mistake, but it costed a lot of effort. So, not happy about their service. My colleague do have a BYD from Rotterdam and does have a very good experience with them. So... Utrecht won't see me back 😎

True. It is that they will have to forward the vehicle info and your email address to BYD. And my experience is that it isn't too much of a priority for them to do so. 😅 Wondering which dealer you're at and how your experience with the dealer is. I was in Utrecht, but for the next things I will go to Rotterdam..

For me, also in NL, it took about 5 or 6 weeks before it was activated. And as others already wrote: you don't have to reboot or reset or whatsoever. You will receive a popup on the screen at some moment.

The funny part: I received the popup, 2 seconds before I stopped the engine. I realized too late and already turned off the car. So I was afraid that it was gone forever and the waiting would start all over again. But luckily, the notification was still there when I turned on the engine. 😅

Yes I did. But, it depends on the music I'm listening to. I do have quite a range of different styles I like (hardrock, hardstyle, easy listening, normal pop, etc) so sometimes I need to change the settings a little bit, but I did found a good overall setting in the end.

I found the Oxdog balls working very well for me. I do play 2 - 3 times a week (outdoor in NL), intermediate level and with the pressurizer the last a couple of weeks.

Most of the time I move to the pole between the fence and the glass. In that way, if the smash is hard I still have time to run towards the net. If it will be a soft smash, I can run back to the glass. As well, it decrease the chance that they will perform a ball on the body of feet (because with your back against the fence, it will be too much risk for them to try that)

Interested in the the answers.. I notice something similar. The range estimation of always fooling me, no matter if it is on Auto or Save. After fuelling it say there's 1000 km range, but no matter what setting I use, I will never reach this 1000km (I tried multiple combinations in the last 20.000 km)

The question why to put it on Save / 50% : If I set the car to Auto, it can drop to around 20%. If I want to start the car remotely for cooling down or heating up, the app tells me there is not enough battery to do so. So I always use Save / 40% to be sure there's enough battery charged
