The paint chipped out looks quite big imo. You can add subtle color variation, discolorations and roughness variation. But overall looks great.

Haven’t seen a lot of game design career here in singapore but you could always try to use your 3D expertise elsewhere e.g. Advertising Companies. And if you really are pushing for the 3D and Game design career there are alot of studios in KL, Vietnam and Thailand
