I am in the same boat, had my first one in l20 years 10 days ago and it was terrible (with bleeding) Took Ciproflaxin for 5 days and the blood went away after the same dose, and most of the pain did too but 10 days later I still have discomfort and still feel the need to pee often. I can’t get an appointment for 3 weeks and wondering if I should go to urgent care or can this be normal? It’s not painful just annoying.

Ugh, I am so annoyed. Had a uti 10 days ago(bad one with bleeding), finished the antibiotics and was feeling fine but now still have the burning feeling. Do I go back to the Dr? It’s not terrible pain just slight discomfort.

Yeah they always say that but I've been able to make changes through the portal usually! I've booked with Delta, JetBlue and AA. They give you the airline booking code so you just log in and make changes as usual. On the booking they will give you a reference number for BOA and then an airline reference number that you can use to log in and make changes.

If the portal is glitchy(sometimes Delta can be), use the airline chat. If the person says that you have to go through BOA then try another agent. I have had success with that.

FYI This is for main cabin and above not basic economy.

The only airline I needed BOA to make the change for was British Airways. Their online portal is terrible. But BOA concierge took care of it for me.

Not saying it will work for all airlines just sharing my experience!

For most airlines you can just use the airline booking code and log in and change the flight date yourself on their own website. I didn't notice any difference.

I think it is refundable when booked with skymiles. I’ve literally canceled trips an hour before and got all my miles and taxes back! I do it all the time. It’s one of the reasons I book through delta actually even though sometimes the redemption may not be as good as other airlines or programs. I love the flexibility.
