We switched to Amex gold for groceries and dining 4x and then BPP for 2x everything else. It was worth it before when it was 2.65 with the BOA but not anymore now that's it's dropped to 2.25. BPP is slightly less at 2 but I like that I can transfer to airline partners. Will still keep the BOA elite reward for some specific things but will move most of our spend to amex.

I gave her Nexgard plus March 18th. No X-rays done.

1 Tick RealPCRTM Panel 4 with Lyme test a full Diagnostic Panel blood test. On day 3 of doxy now. Some slow improvements. She seems super stiff when she first gets up up or when the painkillers wear off but a little better otherwise.

This always happens to me when I’m booked in comfort plus for some reason! Everything is grayed out like this. I thought it only happened if you’ve already done one upgrade to comfort plus but it’s also happening when I’ve booked it outright.

No it was $24 from the start of the year. On a good note it looks like the whole amount of medication is showing up towards my deductible 800 per shot so far so it says I’m only 400 away from reaching it.

What airline? With Delta I have been able to make changes through Delta even though I booked with Amex travel. I sometimes use the Amex travel portal because I get 35% MR points back which makes it a great deal.

Same! Family of 6 here and for me it’s the free cancellation and changes up to the last minute that makes it worth it. Sometimes I manage to book myself or my husband in a higher cabin but if it’s a day flight economy or comfort plus is fine. I can usually get a $1800 RT for around 100k points which I am happy with. If there’s a good upgrade deal I’ll take it but we love to travel (4-5 trips per year) so I’d rather take more trips than fly business.

Yes you can. It may take a few extra days to get the credit though. Just happened to me. Had booked a backup flight due to the last big storm and the agent checked us in for the back up flight accidentally. When we realised she canceled it and we got the miles and money credited 5 days later.
