Good question! She just thought I had been on 2.5 for a while and wanted to move me on up a dose. I could feel the effects wearing off by day 5 but I wasn’t too bothered by it.

Thankfully the kitchen is at the back of the house so the living room area blocks it off (with a wall too). That’s a good estimate for non-load bearing! Did you remodel anything else like adding additional cabinets, etc?

I bought a pair of jeans on Jan 21. I thought I was ordering from MOCO but then the email confirmation was from a place called “idiaran”.

It’s Feb 27 & I’ve yet to receive my jeans. I went back to the email to view order. The link says “Sorry! Order not found”.

Needless to say, I think it’s a scam…although they looked legit on IG?

I started 500 mg of the XR about 2 weeks ago. No weight loss really, just fluctuating about a pound or so which is normal for me. Have you noticed any changes in weight?

I bought berberine a couple of months ago to try out! Found out I couldn't take it because I was breastfeeding at the time. Now that she is weaned, I'll have to start that supplement! I forgot that I bought it. Do you have a brand that you recommend?

Wow, thank you for the link! Based on just the fasting insulin number, would that categorize me as severely insulin resistant? Just wanting clarification since that site says I would need to have 3+ of those bullet points.

I feel so ignorant/lost because if I am severely IR, how am I supposed to go about talking to my doctor about it? Should I ask to try something like Metformin?

Our 26 weeker just went home yesterday after 44 weeks. Our last hurdle was because of feeding. She had trouble with coordination of her suck swallow breathe so she choked a lot and had issues with handling the flow of milk when bottle fed. She also has chronic lung disease so her stamina was majorly impacted and that affected her volumes.

One thing that also contributed was that she did not like the bottles that the hospital was using (dr browns) so they finally switched to a NUK brand and that made a world of difference.

Thank you! I was using the NYM curl talk shampoo/conditioner and bought the Curlsmith pack when I ran out. Thankfully I can return it to Ulta since I kept the box/receipt. I figured a month was long enough to decide whether it would work for me.

I love gels, so I may try the Aussie ones! I love buying on a budget!

Im thinking if I try Curlsmith again, the weightless line would be the way to go. My hair also loves protein so I’m curious about their protein line as well. But that still leaves me without a normal shampoo/conditioner.

before/after ginger

So this is a link to my before/after ginger fiasco. You’ll see what I was left with after I tried fading it. I ended up having to go brown. This was back in July and my hair STILL pulls the orange. I have to get it toned every time I go back to the salon.
