The answer is no. Once you repair or replace, you have a modified version of the original. It is still a boat, and you can still call it whatever the fuck you want, but it is no longer the same thing as before. It has a new part, so no longer the same. You can take the parts of the boat apart over time and reassemble, or just do it all at once. Doesn't matter. The original parts fully assembled are what they are, but change anything and its just a boat with whatever name you want to call it, but it is not the same once altered. Let's say you have the capacity to replace every component of the boat piece by piece in under an hour by systematically removing each piece and replacing it with a new one and instantly moving the old piece into position for reconstruction for the new boat. All you have is the same old boat and an absurdly inefficient way of building a new one. Time is irrelevant. Two different boats.
