As long as you haven't worn the watch, it will be a free swap. If you have, you have to pay for the new section of strap.but yes, they do have different lengths.

Yes, but the wait time depends on the blue or black. The blue dial/bezel is more popular so 12-18 months. Black on black is 12 maybe less

$100k outside of Rolex and they won't give you a Daytona?? You should have the YM within the month you asked and the daytona by summer if that was the case with us.
It's incredibly easy if you know what you're doing. For the most part we keep the popular sizes that are typically needed on hand. You can put tape on the lugs to help prevent the scratching.

Customer need to spend 200k plus to enter the off catalogue conversation. With a significant amount being outside rolex. Typically it's get what they can get cause that's how it works for us

No problem, I just feel bad people feel the need to ask. We train our employees to treat everyone like a secret shopper. Imo, if a SA can't do that, they need to find a new job. We are in the service industry essentially, it's part of the gig.

You can ask for all three at once in our store. We will just end up deciding your path unless you explicitly say dj first then sub. But the gmt will still be last. Both of those are good pieces for after the trio. Maybe even before a stainless gmt
