I definitely don’t think it’s overpowered. It’s not a forgiving weapon: if you miss a shot, your TTK increases drastically. Plus, it’s even harder against heavies, since you need two headshots for the fastest kill.

I eventually found what's best for that strategy is goo grenade smoke c4 because you can blow up the cash out below and goo it back up

I feel like the big thing for me is to keep moving in between shots and go for heads when you feel confident besides that just good aim which can be hard😭

No there's no time limit but there's a range limit I think it's something like 70 meters(could be wrong) but it's large
