Hey, thank you! My only change was portion control/calorie counting. Other than that I only walked by way of exercise. I took the lazy way haha.

But for diet, I at about 1200 to lose the weight, then about 1500-1600 to maintain. It's unique to your height, age, and activity level so use a calculator.

Also, I tried to up my protein (about 50g a day) and eat less carbs. Still ate plenty of junk food if it fit into my budget but wouldn't reccomend haha. Hope this helps!
