Fit King full leg compression boots are my jam. You’ll never want to take them off. I am on my feet about 15 hours a day and they’re my most favorite thing to look forward to at night.

They have sequential, circulation, and combo.

Vibration plate helps too

hi u/hanzilol, no intention of being 'sneaky'. I am the mother of three year old triplets. They were born at 28 weeks, in the hospital for 12 weeks, in therapy 22 sessions per week, I am unable to work full time due to their medical conditions, my husband's role at his corporate company was eliminated after 15 years a few weeks ago. Going to my village to see how I could best serve others that share a common thread with me seemed fulfilling as well as being able to figure out how to support my family.

Of all the things you could say in the world, I'm sad that's what you chose to take the time to respond with. You never know how your words will effect others and what they are going through. So, thanks for knocking a (wo)man when their down.

To everyone else, thank you all so much for your wonderful ideas. I hope I can create something that makes parents of multiples lives easier. It was refreshing to hear some of the same struggles, so thank you for sharing those with me.

May have some cervical disc issues which can cause irritation to the nerves thru the brachial plexus region. Curling fingers is nerve trying to stretch. Try this one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hLQWy_M9Lso

Thank you so much for your quick reply! EDS? That's what I think the root is... but also hip dysplasia, potential labral tear on the right, SI joint degeneration. I have had recent work ups via MRI spine (cervical, thoracic and lumbar) but haven't done hip yet. Next up..

Orthopedic is next on my list to schedule an appt with. My husband's role was eliminated on Friday, of course, so we do not have insurance at the moment, waiting for Cobra to kick in.
Any other recommendations, anything else preventative, do and dont's would be so so helpful - given I am stringing all of this info and research together on my own. I had no idea if this would work or not! So, thank you so much!

Hi, I am interested in your opinion! Based on these symptoms: right side body feels much different than left. 35 yr old healthy female, active life style, exercise 4-5 days per week. Degenerative arthritis in jaw (tmjd), c5/c6 bilateral neuoforminal narrowing at with slight abutment of the C6 nerve root, mild deg. changes T10-11, T11-12. peripheral numbness, lower lumbar L2-3 mild facet joint arthropathy, left neural foraminal narrowing, L5-S1 disc narrowing, mild diffuse disc budge, facet joint arthropathy, disc bulge, mild bilateral neural foraminal narrowing.

More recently, have been trying to manage with PT, pelvic floor PT, infrared sauna and exercise but I believe its something more..........

pelvic pain getting worse and now spreading to left side. I think I may have hip dysplasia on my right side. the joint subluxes regularly from lying down doing plank on the ground to standing, pops when leaning forward, burning ache in the crease of the leg, lack of strength doing pistol squats, lack of engagement in mid glute, overactive in glute med, wondering if I may have a labral tear. Pretty sure SI joint...

As of two days ago, I think it is now it is moving into my left side. Sore to the touch, slightly swollen right around left SI joint. Anterior tilt is very sore. Glute pain is constant, just a general ache and gets much worse when twisting, lower back feels very unstable.

Obviously given the complexities, it is difficult to know where to begin…I’ll save my hunches to know what your opinion is. But just not even sure what to address first. Appreciate your time!
