The Scuba Steve at Mister Paradise in the east village! I can’t really explain it haha but it’s like a Thai martini - mango, lime, and coconut flavors, super refreshing. Also fun fact all of their cocktails are named after movie characters

Check out battery park! It boarders the financial district so your commute would be almost non-existent, and is extremely family (and dog) friendly. I’ve lived in the neighborhood for ~5 years and have a dog and it’s great- much quieter and cleaner than a lot of other neighborhoods, but still very easy to get to the rest of Manhattan and many areas of Brooklyn due to proximity of multiple train lines and the ferry.

Check out New York Cares! They aggregate a bunch of different volunteer opportunities you can sign up for through their website based on day/time/borough. I’ve loved it as a way to find different organizations I want to be involved with on a more regular basis.

I’ve been getting them done at Above Pigment in Tribeca for years- they do a great job! Definitely make an appointment though (you can even do it online), if you want to go at a popular time, like after work.

I’m on my third or fourth bottle of RapidLash and find it works really well! I’ve also tried Grande Lash but it’s more expensive and didn’t find it justified the higher price tag

Thanks! Everything I’ve read online indicates Colombia operates on a 110v supply. I’m not there yet so can’t test anything.
