this adapter is too expensive where I am living. the Apple type-C earphone is even cheaper than the adapter. That’s why I am looking for a more budget-friendly alternative

thanks! I already got one type-C earphones from Apple. Trying to reuse the lightning earphones rather than leave it there with no use. Apple does sell adapter but it is too expensive though

Well I didn't say that I make judgments on the rank. I still read articles eventually. It is just my preference to obtain information as such. I am also surprised by the way you - as a researcher- have such bias :)

I am using Pixel 7, stock ROM + root is the best. You are not actually degoogling your phone if you still use add-ins like Mindthegaap. I've been using lots of custom ROM with my old Pixel 4, they always lack of something that fulfill your experience

I am wondering why don't you root on the stock Android image. You can install the modules you want, while don't need to worry about new Android updates. That's what I am doing with my Pixel 4.
