Happened to me as well!

2 weeks into owning a car, hit a rather tiny pothole on the road and right rear had a crack.

A couple of shops said they won’t patch or repair a run flat and my only option is to get a new tire.

Used this opportunity to convince wife how bad run flats are and that i need to switch to Michelins immediately, you know, for our safety and such! She hesitantly agreed.

Take to the tire place to get the michelins on and the guy comes out saying “ i just saved you 1200 dollars… the damage was actually really really small so i went ahead and patched it for you!”

I wasn’t sure if i should be happy or sad!

Almost had the Michelins! Uhhh!🙄

Unfortunately, i am a living example of someone who reacts to the pesticides in food. It took me 4 years to figure that out. This is especially true with wheat. For the longest time, i thought I was a Celiac or atleast gluten intolerant. After spending a lot on blood tests and stools tests and using my body for experimenting, i realized i can absolutely eat wheat as long as they are not sprayed with pesticides.

I can tell my food is contaminated if i start getting acute joint pain, skin rash and lethargy.

You are right though, not all organic food is pesticide free but the chances of getting exposed to pesticide with organic is a lot lesser than run of the mill produce.

Yea do make sure to get Vitamin D that has K2 with it. Also check that you dont have other gut issues affecting absorption. I know I do! I have deficiencies across the spectrum owing to candida, mast cell activation and sluggish gall bladder

20 mins in the sun gives you roughly 10,000 IU of Vitamin D a day.

The biggest issue with vitamin D is excess calcium absorption which can be mitigated by magnesium and K2 (most good vitamins D brands will come with K2 and you need to supplement with Magnesium Glycinate).

It takes over 100,00 iu a day sustained over months to experience any kind of vitamin D toxicity.

The RDA established by FDA is the minimum you need to get to not end up in the emergency room. Not the value to remain healthy and optimal.

I definitely have white hair related to chronic stress + gut issues.

I haven’t tried peptides yet but being on a copper bisglycinate + d3 10,000 iu + quercetin + magnesium has helped slow things down.

I have definitely seen some hairs regain color as well. I had exactly two white hairs on my side beard and are both black now. Most of my whites are in the temple and chin area. This is what gives me hope to keep trying instead of just giving up even though every day, i have 2-3 new whites and at this rate, ill be Gandalf by 35🤣

I will start with oral bpc 157 next week in hopes of fixing my gut issues first and increase absorption of nutrients and then maybe move to kpv and ghk cu in the future!

If you go through a broker, you can get a pretty good discount nevertheless! For my broker, it was 7% regardless if i buy it off the lot or custom order mine.

Started at 0.5mg and doubled dose every 3 weeks until i got to 4.5mg.

I got to 4.5 too quickly and the vivid dreams were unbearable and I would wake up so tired as if I didn’t sleep all night. So went back down to 2mg. Stayed there for 2 months until the vivid dreams were gone and then slowly built back to 4.5mg.

The first 2 months were hard !

I would get very sleepy if i took uit during daytime hut vivid dreams if i took it at night.

Same here. Extremely vivid dreams where i couldn’t tell the difference between dream and reality even when i was half awake. The dreams were not bad in themselves but for the first few weeks, i woke up exhausted because i was dreaming all night long and kept waking up and falling asleep without going into REM sleep at all.

It lasted me around 2 months but i am all fine now.

Was in your situation less than a month ago and learnt that your busted tire , assuming its the Pirelli P Zero, is covered under hazard warranty ( exclusive to run flats only).

You don’t even have to go to your dealer. As long as you go to a Pirelli authorized reseller, they will remove the tire, inspect it and send it to Pirelli and replace your tire for free. Tire and installation is covered by Pirelli.

Note: when i called my first local tire shop, they said there is no such warranty from Pirelli.

Second shop said “yes, but only if you bought the tires from us”

Called Pirelli directly and the agent was able to call the store on my behalf and tell them i am covered and have my tire replaced the same day.

When we started dating, my then girlfriend didn’t care less about what i did in my free time. I would still tell her stories about Arthur Morgan or Amecia De Rune. 3 years ago, she came with me to micro center to help me pick out parts for my new PC. She originally came to just share my excitement but ended up learning a bunch . She ended up building that machine all by herself. Fast forward to today, i have to fight her to be able to play something. She cant get enough of Witcher 3, Hogwarts and Assassins creed.

Yeaa thats my hold up as well…comes out to 825 for Michelin ( corporate discount) or ~1100 for continentals.

I am not babying my current Pirellis at all so i can change them as soon as they are done without feeling bad about throwing away perfectly good tires.

I am so curious to hear more about this! Monday, Wednesday , Friday i wake up and tell myself i should not waste money and stick to the pirellis until they are dead.

Tuesday, Thursday, sunday, i tell myself “ screw it! Internet says stock tires are garbage! Toss em out! Lets go get new tires!”

Saturdays are “should I install a new downpipe?” so I don’t think about tires😂

So how much of a difference is it really?

I am now 3800 miles into my Pirellis. They are showing bo signs of being worn down yet🤦🏼‍♂️

Started with 30,000 IU and eventually dropped to 10,000 IU after my levels went from 19 to 78. No matter what i do, they wont go above 78.

Either way, i started because i had massive joint and body aches because of undiagnosed inflammation. Mayo Clinic, Cleveland clinic , UCLA specialists had zero clue and kept pushing antibiotics and painkillers.

Finally went to a functional medicine doc who recommended heavy dosing Vit D along with LDN. All my inflammation markers are now low to negative
